​​​​​Q. Is experience required to join?

A. No. We actually love bringing new people to the sport!

 

Q. What if I can’t make all practices?

A. That’s okay. We totally understand, things happen. Just let us know ahead of time if you’ll miss a practice.

 

Q. Do I have to pay for the whole season right away?

A. No, you can pay Phase One first, and Phase Two when the second half of the season starts. If you would like pay in other intervals, please speak with us.

Q. Can I pay for individual practices and/or races?

A. Unfortunately not, being part of a team means commitment.

 

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. Once water practice starts for each phase, unfortunately we cannot refund as there are fixed cost associated with your spot.

Q. Do I need my own equipment for this sport?

A. You do not. Our facilities will provide required equipment such as paddles and life jackets. We can recommend equipment that may assist your paddling experience if desired.
